I used Greyhound for my first couple of bikes that I shipped, but switched to Shipbikes when I sold my SXP.  The buyer (well his bike shop) was impressed with the shipping and packaging.  Get packing advice from Rat Rider!  I shipped two boxes for around $60-$70 if I remember correctly.  Door-to-door service too!  I didn't have to go anywhere to drop it off!! I have used Greyhound as well, but not for a trike.  Greyhound has terminal to terminal service in most markets and even has door to door in some.  It actually is a pretty cost effective way to ship a bike as long as the box meets their size requirements.

A trike might be a bit more difficult.  Definitely will need to do some disassembly prior to shipping.

yeah I am waiting on a reply from the buyer before I disassemble any futher.  looks like I am gonna have to completely strip it down to get it in the box..  looks at the link monkey wrangler sent me think I am gonna use those guys.
