Saw some smoke this morning while riding over to the Katy Trail but didn't anything of it. My husband called to tell me about it. Looks like they finally took that deep-fried thing a little too far. ;)

What would have been really cool is if the voice of big tex could have gotten off one final phrase, "I'll be back, Y'all"
