Title: Strada177 Back on the bike!! Post by Mrs Strada on Dec 7th, 2007, 9:51pm Steve came home from PCF today and just couldn't park the bike in the garage. He rode 12 miles or so, max speed of 28.5MPH. Someone or all of you please tell him to take it easy, come back slow, He sees the physical therapist on Monday. I'm looking forward to riding with him, but I would like to ride our bikes together for the next 20 years or so!!!!! Help wife of speed machine Mrs. Strada |

In my defense, it wasn't like I rode 120 miles full-out like the TTTT's. After 28 days OFF the bike,I was going nuts. The 28.5 was a short sprint. More importantly,no pain in the knee on that ride or the subsequent ride today-same distance. I do see the therapist on Monday,however,I have been stretching almost every night. I know the speed is there,I just have to build-up the distance. I want to ride a February brevet/permanent. |
