<<Extra Large:  Elastic waist with drawstring stretches from 27 to 39 inches.  Inseam is 12 inches and leg openings with gripper elastic are 17 inches, both un-stretched measurements. >>

I bought a pair of those right after my crash.  Extremely nice shorts, but the crash zone isn't quite riht for the lowracer, so I returned them.  Too bad - they were very nice!

The photos on that site don't let you tell too well just exactly how far back the leather goes. Was it not enough on the backside?

No, outside of the thigh, mostly.  Essentially, they stopped almost exactly where my wounds started.  Still, they were very well-made and at that price I might pick up a pair or two.  But they're definately smaller than sized also, so I'll have to get an CL instead of an L.
