It worked! 8 riders (JohnS, JohnF, BobM, JayG, Lynn, Key, Terrie and me) climbed hills all the way to Rowlett (and back), and had a very nice breakfast... after eating, we convinced Terrie to test ride the Rambler trike, and when she pulled back in the driveway, totally surprised her by singing "Happy Birthday"... perhaps more importantly, she likes the trike!

A very nice day for a ride -- Thanks to all for joining in the fun, I'll post pics a little later on.

Thanks both to Paul and Terrie for a tasty brunch and a diverting ride. Paul, talk to the Garland officials about getting La Prada Rd. repaved before next year! ::)

Had a great time, Paul and Terri. You made us work for that brunch (mucho hill climbing), but it was well worth it. :)

She definitely does -- we went out for about 5 miles later that night, and just did a lap around WRL last night.
