Title: Cheers for RBM Garland Post by catroad254 on Jul 30th, 2013, 3:34pm My rear derailer cable failed this morning on the way to Barbec's. After breakfast, I went to RBM to wait for them to open so I could get the bike fixed. The mechanic was already at work and replaced the cable an hour before the store even opened. He also refused payment for the work. Great customer service that is highly appreciated. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
