I'm not feeling so hot today but the plan is for Mike and I to do the 75, and Alexis wants to do the 64'

I'm planning on doing the 75, but I may bail out for the 64. I haven't been riding much and haven't done anything longer than 30 since last October.

I feel pretty good though and I did run a 5k a couple of weeks ago. That seemed to take more energy than riding 50+ miles.
