Wow, it's still hard to believe that Joe started this thread, but now he's no longer with us. I'll be riding from home to the start of this ride. Who else is coming?

I'm planning to be there, although life is getting in the way. Smells like there might be rain, which will hopefully cool things off a bit for us.

Looking like it's gonna be a beautiful day for a ride. Hopefully gonna be there along with my oldest.  He's really enjoying riding the Thunderbolt lately. He's adopted it as his own. Makes me proud! [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

I was "volunteered" for the AHA's Tarrant County Heartwalk as team captain four our workgroup. Not much chance of making the ride.  :(

Well, if anyone wants a buddy to ride along with on the 45 miler, and if you're not looking to go too much faster than 13 or 14 mph, then look me up. If there is a slow group, I'd love to tag along.

It looks like the day is gonna be perfect and I am looking forward to it.

Wish I could make the ride but it doesn't fit my schedule this time.  MiztaNice, I would've been right at that pace too...oh well.  If you ever find yourself up in CollinCo, look Dave & I up.

Did anyone get the name of the outfit that was taking pictures?

I saw them a few times but can't remeber the name of the company or the website.  Also didn't see anything in the goody bag about them.

Thanks,

The name was pedalpix.com - The owner is a friend of mine.

When they get the photos up there will be a notice on my webpage.

Are those the folks that did the Aledo Ride for Heroes this year?

I managed to find my own answer thanks to your webpage.  It was Felix Jimenez instead.
