Hello to anyone that might want to check out a Hand cycle group. Rise helps people with disabilities that want to try to get into hand cycling. There will be a event at Sam Houston Park. April 21st 9:00am - 1:00pm Located north Irving exit Valley View from the west bound 635 frwy Here is a link to the event

The first 'bent I ever rode was a hand-cycle. I was training with a guy in Austin who lent me his spare one day, it was the longest 3.1 miles I ever rode.
