Our new Mayor-elect, who is a cyclist, apparently rides every day during the Tour de France and is inviting the public to come ride with her. Might be a new way to get your voice heard. At the moment, I'm planning on riding tomorrow night's route. Some routes are in the morning, some at night. You can check for updates, times, and locations here:

Wow, that starting point looks like only 3 miles or so from my job. But I'm thinking the 12 miles home from work will be plenty for me on this 100 degree afternoon.

I didn't think Magnolia was that close to you, Bud. It's about 7 miles from my house to the bar. It was a good ride.

The next one is tomorrow at 7am - thinking about showing up if I can wake up. This time it's at the Taylor street entrance to the trail downtown.

Tomorrow's ride starts at the Benbrook Art Cowsen Trailhead at Pecan Valley Park at 7:00 am. I'm planning on riding over and joining Mayor Price on this ride.
