I was getting ready for the thursday night ride when I noticed my rear rim rubbing on the brake pad. I thought I had a loose spoke but found a spoke nipple had broken completely though the rim . Took it into Plano and hopping rans does warranty on it.

Plano cycling says Rans is replacing the wheel. It was strange to see all the metal torn away at the area of the spoke nipple.

I'm a little surprised RANS is replacing the wheel, since that's not something they build -- but, you win!!! [smiley=thumbup.gif]

Took a drive to Plano cycling and found they had my wheel ready, Rans came through and replaced the wheel.
