Looking forward to a cooler ride. Probably doing the 300K as I think are the Petty's, anybody else joining the party?

I was leaning toward the 200k, figured I'd slow down the Petty's too much to ride the 300k with them. I probably couldn't hold your wheel either on that last hilly part going out.

I don't know what you're talking about there Bud, you're are going stronger than I am for sure. I expect Steve and Peggy will want to do some training, I'd love to have the company on the 300. I need the extra miles of training myself.

I had planned on doing the 300, but I don't really care which route I do, honestly. So if you'd prefer the 200k and want a partner I'm happy to drop down and ride with you. So long as I have someone to ride with, it doesn't matter to me at all.

Pedal, pedal, pedal....and don't stop to give anyone wearing orange jump suits a lift(especially at night), jail city...there's several as we get close to Gatesville.
