Am I correct in assuming this is the version for a LWB? If so, it would make a great rack for one of these Xstreams around here. Any idea what maximum wheelbase bike it will carry?

I will measure the riser. I purchased it from a guy who had a Stratus XL, he had purchased a truck so no more need. Selling the X-Stream, plus purchased a van so I don't need it.
