I have completed a modified Atomic Zombie High Roller Dual 26 inch Tires.
I welded the bottom bracket to the front frame tube and made the se adjustable. I also dhanges the seat to a seat from Andrew Carson plans for the Eazy Racer Clone. This is not a good option as I found out. It makes the seat to high which I will change after the first of the year.
The Atomic Zombie plans do not show a frame lenght so I copied the lenght from My Bacchetta Giro 20, which made this frame about 6 inchs longer than I need for My 6 Ft 2 inch frame.
I made a folding stearing stem similar to the the Bacchetta Giro 20 Stem.
I have athe bike on the Cyclops wind machine as of now.

I had Orthoscopic knee surgery on my right knee that has been causing me a lot of pain for the past year.
I had a spell throbbing knee pain after standing on feet for about 5 hours straight. This pain was the final straw which gave me the incentive to see a doctor. I am still having pain becasue I no have bone on bone artritis. Apparently this will bring on a metal knee in the near future. I guess after 74 years thing will wear out.

That is really cool and looks great. Did the backend come off a donor bike or did you bend all that yourself? Curiousity about some bike i have stuck in my head.

The color is John Deere Yellow for two reasons. I like John Deere Equipment. I am color blind and yellow does not blend into other colors as bad as reds, greens and browns.
The rear end is from from donor front fork cut at the center joint and welded to the frame. The angles stays are from the top part rear stays of a DF bike.. The bottom bracket came fromPower On cycles, The head tube is a donor item. The seat design can be found at Andrew Carson's Recycled Recumbents free down Load. I is a lot of work to cover. The frame is very easy to make.
I have not hade the bike on the road yet. I am adjusting it on the Cyclops Wind Trainer. I am trying to give this knee more time to heel before I tear it up again. I have completed the rehab on the knee.
The chain may be a problem since I had a gift certificate at Bike Nashbar and I purchased 2 so called 9 speed recumbent chain which it took almost 1 and 1/2 chains to make it work. I am going to meassure the size against the Scram 971 chain I have on the other bikes. This chain looks larger and seems to be stiffer than the 971 chains.

I finally got up enough nerve to take it out yesterday. I am still working with a sore knee that looks like it will need more work.
the main problem is the very hig bottom bracket. t isver yard toget my right leg that high. It is 34 and 1/4 inches high. The design of the seat that I used has to much down position on the front of the seat for this bike. It worked great on the Clone of the long wheel base that I built which pictured in the group of pictures that we posted. I have already planed to change the seat. The is a small problem with the chain jumping in the high cassette gears which is a no brainer. There is a slight out of alignment with the handlebar and the front wheel, again a no brainer.
It was very easy to get rolling once I got my feet on the petals. I know how to corredt every thing but the high bottom bracket.
