Title: Magnetic pedal/shoe attachment?
Post by FlyingLaZBoy on Nov 27th, 2009, 10:08am

Interesting theory, I wonder how well it works?  Seems like you wouldn't necessarily have your foot in the same place every time, which could cause some knee discomfort...  Thoughts?

Interesting ..........
It seems like the magnet in the shoe would try to align the pedal magnet and the shoe would have to be RT'ed.

If two magnets are together the easiest way to separate them is to slide them apart (You know what I mean).  I am not sure twisting would have much effect.

The road pedal set has a choice of 80 and 150 pound "pull" ratings. Given that to un"clip" all you have to do is move your foot sideways with no twisting they would be an ideal pedal for me with my ankle issues. Now all I need to do is figure out how to afford them. :P [smiley=shrug.gif] [smiley=headbang.gif]
