Post by hubzone37 on Oct 20th, 2009, 8:24pm

EZ Sun Tomahawk
This is a long wheelbase, recumbent, great ride. It has a rear rack installed and also has two mirrors. It has been ridden less than 600 miles. In brand new condition and Stored in garage.
The reason I am selling it as I bought a Cattrike.
Retails for about $1,295. Asking $900.
local pick up but can deliver local (Lubbock,Tx)
Shipping if you set it up with local Bike Shop.

Welcome, Bill...   The Tomahawk isn't a bad bike at all, I've test ridden one the Rowlett shop has...  I'm a little concerned about its weight limit, the way the frame "straight-lines" to the rear dropout, but it's a reasonably comfy ride.

Hello,
Yes its a great ride, but the weight limit of 225 shouldn't affect alot of riders.
I don't want to get rid of it but I now have 4 bikes and I started on the Sun Ez-1 which I decided to keep
as it is far easier for a non recumbent to start on and maybe entice more riders and it is easier for my
wife to ride incase her trike is in the shop or something.

BTW
We just purchased the trikes in Austin from Mike at Easy Street Recumbents, Mike is a great guy and more than willing to help.

Thanks
Bill

Agreed...   my wife wouldn't even ATTEMPT the higher pedal position of a Tomahawk over an EZ1...
