I'm planning to "piggyback" onto the regular GDB airport ride this Saturday, but doing a no-drop, casual (14-16mph) rolling paced out-and-back ride to the Shell Station and back... The "normal" airport ride has been rolling at 20mph for the last couple of months -- but a couple GDB pals are test riding recumbents, so I offered to ride along at a slower pace. If anyone else would be interested in joining in, we'll be DEPARTING the southwest corner of Preston and Forest at 8AM sharp, doing about 40 miles total. Please arrive in plenty of time to be ready to roll out at 8.

Do you guys do Valley View to get the the airport?

Partially... we hit it at Brookhaven college, then go out to Luna and up to BeltLine westbound.

Here is the route, using the same way out and back (which is not the "normal" return route, but I think it's better) ~42 miles total.
