I have the rack on the car. (Just in case) This time I will drive it home. (and hide it in the garage) I am going to leave the office at 4:00 p.m. to go pick it up. |
Title: Re: CA 2.0 Post by jcsadowski on Aug 5th, 2009, 6:26pm Very pretty!!!1 I took it home and hung it in the garage. I asked my wife if she noticed anything new. "New Lawnmower??" "No, new Bicycle" "Oh." She didn't even blink when I told her the price. How about that? Of course she just learned that she needs three caps on her teeth. Probably cost more that one bicycle. |

No, no, no, you must go RIDE it, even in the RAIN..... You know, like that new car that you've got to go out and get that first "door ding" in, just to get it over with? Hope it treats you well, Mr. S.!!! [smiley=tekst-toppie.gif] |

Title: Re: CA 2.0 Post by sstexex on Aug 5th, 2009, 9:24pm Katie was at PCF today and the tech showed her a CA to which she said: "that belongs to JS!!" She likes the color and the light weight. He tried to convince her that I should get one but no dice. [smiley=sad.gif] |

I got the large. I have a medium Giro and I cannot recline it very much. |
Title: Re: CA 2.0 Post by goatstick on Aug 6th, 2009, 1:57pm Hey Hey! My CA frame arrived just before lunch. Pressed the headset races in at the bike shop then headed home to start stripping the Corsa of its valuables. Still have no clue about what crankset I'll use so I'll just swap the one off the Corsa for now. Since everything but the frame and fork will be identical to what I'm running on the Corsa now, that should give me a very good comparison to the new CA frame. |
Title: Re: CA 2.0 Post by Richard on Aug 8th, 2009, 10:36am John, At least you could get into your garage! |
