Just learned of this ride supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation. At this point I'm planning on riding.

"All participants will receive a Wish 100 T-shirt and be able to attend the Tail-Ache Party. Prizes will be awarded for the largest team of cyclists as well as the team and individual that raises the most money. Fundraising incentives are also available."

I guess the ride organizers never heard of a recumbent... [smiley=wink.gif]

I know it's a charity ride, but can you just pay the rider fee and ride? Seems like you have to raise a bunch of cash in addition, or am I reading that wrong? I can afford to pay the rider fees for my family of six, and do the 10 mile with the kids, but I can't do a fund raiser in addition. [smiley=shrug.gif]
