I have a Rotator tweener bar. i don't remember exactly what it measures, but it's wider than even the 22" Bacchetta bar.

The Rotator handlebar measures 26" on the inside. In the second photo below, I laid it across the RANS handlebar on Rose's Xstream for comparison.
