Hi everyone,

I live in the Houston area and am looking for a supplier for Chromoly 4130 round tubing for construction of a recumbent trike. Not much is required. A total of about 20 feet is needed. Ideally not all the tubing will have the same diameter/thickness. Basically, does anyone know a supplier that does not require large orders and/or a good scrap place in Texas preferably not too far from Houston? Thank you! :)

Wick's will take small orders. http://wicksaircraft.com/ and click on chromoly tubing and 4130 sheet to get to the good stuff. if you want mild steel to make test mules from click the Motorsports link

Wick's has great prices, and we were trying to go with them. Unfortunately, they are out of 4130. Any other suggestions? Right now, our best bet it OnlineMetals. We would like to purchase the frame material in the next week or so. Thanks!
