Title: My status
Post by mleuck on May 21st, 2009, 12:48pm

Saw the doctor this morning and other than the hip being slightly sore I no longer need crutches and am clear to ride again in fact he said that riding is the best therapy I can do. (without wrecking of course)

I'll see all of you on the road making up some miles

Great News!  please don't say the word    -- wreck --  makes me wince to think about it, metal or no metal!

Take Care,
Nelson.

Yipee!

I keep riding down lakeside every night wondering where that baron is and soon I might get to see it again. Of course the last time I turned around and said hello I think you uh... got a vacation from your bike that night or the following?
[smiley=sad.gif]
Maybe I better stay off lakeside and cut across on spinx [smiley=embarassed.gif]

Plus I have really been slacking off lately. I definately have to pick it up so I don't fall behind a cyborg

That's great news, Mark! I hope to see you on the road soon. I should join you for a ride or two within the next month or so, since I might actually be able to keep up with you.

Congratulations, Mark. Looking forward to hearing "On your left" and seeing your tail light rapidly fade in front of me, rather than seeing you in a lawn chair at WRL.

Time flies when you are having fun. Seems like just the other day I was looking at those pics :P. Glad to hear you are up and going. Lance got better after his little slice and dice.

You might see me tomorrow (friday) night in the Flower Mound area, tonight I rode 4 laps around White Rock Lake. some minor pain peddling but it's much less than walking and I ended up doing almost 40 miles at 17.5 mph average

As I expected I'm terrible on the hills and my top speed is way down but I can handle a sustained 21-22 cruise speed so I can't complain. I've got a lot of work to do

Quite sure, I have a hard enough time keeping the Baron in decent shape much less a trike.
