Bryan and I are going to attempt at the "Two Dam Long 200km" on Saturday. This is gonna be round number two for me since I was ko on the first round :P Any other bents joining in? For those who don't know the route, RUSA membership is required.

Shellene - I am rehab'n a partially torn quad muscle, or I'd love to ride with you and Bryan. I rode a 200k last Saturday with Mark, Linda, Bud, Steve, Peggy and Greg, and I was very slow on the climbs. Until I am 100%, I'll workout at the gym.

I think that's an excellent route. I hope to ride it again, but a fishing trip is in the plans for Saturday. Good luck, and let us know how it goes.

*sigh* Where is that Flower Mound 200K of traffic of doom? Maybe Flower Mound to Irving over to White rock up to Plano and back to Flower Mound. I may be the only one who ever rides it though. [smiley=whistling.gif]

I'm waiting a few weeks to see if a closer 200ker shows up or maybe I'll have to take another run on one of those 200ks I had a DNQ in January.
This weekend I'll probably be planting a bunch of lavender, queen purples and roses around the side of the house and in the front yard where the oak fell to lightning last year. Unless of course it rains then I'll be out on a long ride.

Which route are y'all doing? With the high chance of rain we are probably not going to to the Two Dam Long 200k this weekend.

Bryan , we were planning to ride Blue Ridge Boogie. But even those plans are questionable with the weather for Saturday. So at this point ,I'm not sure what our plans are.
