Wohoo...Went to Doc on Monday Sept 22,08...and i am "BOOT CAST FREE!!!!! :P I can go back to my phyical activities...last time i rode my bike was on June 25,08. Doc said i can ease into riding my bike...so ..today..my sis came over...and I did a whole "6" miles . We rode a slow pace, the weather was perfect. I MISSED my Bike!!!!!! Im back in the saddle again...and it FELT....GOOD!!!

Hey that's the best news I've had in a long time! Way to go.

So....gonna come do the 500 miler this weekend? ;)

Well..why sure...i can handle 500 this weekend....with no sweat!!! :-/ LOL...(yeah right)....but..will be there with my cheerleading outfit! LOL ::)

She actually did do some cheerleading....... pompoms and all. We were supposed to be volunteers to begin with, so when we got back from a night's sleep Saturday morning, we checked in with Dan. Because I had ridden, he would only assign us easy duty. We ended up as cheerleaders on the course. Rose and her sister Mary had pompoms.

Yep..got to do some real cheerleading...cept...i forgot my mini skirt at home..lol...Ok...now who actually does have a pic of me cheerleading?? I dont recall anyone taking a pic of me
