Title: Plano ride
Post by Mrs Strada on Dec 30th, 2007, 10:27pm

The Stradas went out today and rode in Plano (Jack Carter Park) I like riding the tralis better then a neighborhood ride. We did 2 loops for a total of 21 miles at a very slow pace 13.9 mph.(so slow that Steve called me pooky) I don't like to ride on the trails very fast with all the pedestrians , dogs on those long leashes & kids on bikes. Even with all that it was a great day for a bike ride.  I so enjoyed riding with Steve again!!!!!

Trails can be fun, but I poke along on them too.  In 8 years of Commuting and riding I've only been down twice, both times on a bike trail, so you do have to be careful despite the lack of cars.  Glad you guys got out, I did about 40 in the corsa, first time in awhile.

Take Care,
Nelson.

I detest trail rides(other bikes, runners, joggers, dogs on leashes,kids,etc...). But it was fun to ride together.
