They're multiplying.  Cheesy

When did you order the DF? How much does it weigh?

Like rabbits .. is there an N+1 rule concerning velomobiles?

When the QV was delayed *AGAIN*  in January I went ahead and ordered the DF and started working with them to build a super light bike ..  The cogs, chainrings, a few bolts and the pedals are the only metal in the bike ..     It showed up 2 weeks ago but I've been so busy I just finished putting it together this week.    It was 6 months wait.  But technically I'd already paid for the QV so its my "new bike" this year .. at least thats how I'm rationalizing it.

It weighs just under 30 pounds  29.7 on the meter.    You can pick it up with one hand  ..  I have the carbon lightning cranks in it I pulled off my R84 ..   Its also got a 75T top end and a 42 bottom   36x11 in the back.

WOW! What a great looking stable. It must be so terrible to have to decide what velo to drive! Smiley You only live once. Enjoy them while you can. 29 pounds, heck my trike weighs 22 pounds more than that. Smiley

You need to locate some fast locomotive friends, find a long run which is as car-less as possible, and shoot a fast cruise video. Smiley

Well heck Doug.  I thought the QuattroVelo was a family bike so the DF is YOUR first new bike this year.  Correct??  There's always a way to rationalize having a new velo/recumbent/trike.   Smiley

Hah yeah technically thats true .. I've got a part-time passenger for the back of the QV .. as soon as it gets cooler you'll see a lot of her

I suppose so .. I just picked up a used R84 on BROL to leave overseas; getting tired of lugging the voyager around everywhere ..  And I'm dang sure not going anywhere for more than 48 hours without a bike to ride.
