Here's the planned route, with some fudging on the Trinity River basin trails -- 25-30 miles total

I hope everyone had a great ride. I didn't wake up until 7:30 this morning after 13 hours of guard duty yesterday. The two grandsons kept wanting to race me and the corovelo. Smiley

Thanks to Paul for putting together a pleasant ride.  The best part of all for me?  Oh, that delicious iced coffee, brewed from beans roasted right there at Full City Rooster.  That's must be what made the difference.  Brought some home to see if I could recreate the experience.  YUM.   Smiley

Sorry we missed your ride but we had already committed to the Peach Pedal. Hope y'all had great fun. We ended up missing our ride because I woke up feeling ill. Slept in, then we rode over to the Peach Festival (we are at the KOA).  They we're STILL serving Peach Ice Cream when we left the festival at 2:30pm.

They must have learned from previous experience, running out of the coveted ice cream.  They must have become notorious for it.   undecided cry
