Congratulations!

I only had 7,753 miles on recumbents of various types; 834 miles on my road bike and 1,294 on my folder with a total of 9880, just missing my goal of 10k for the year. Mostly due to a tonne of December work travel I hadn't planned for.

Last day ridden - 28-DEC-2016. My 2016 fizzled toward the end with only 9 rides in the last 39 days due to a freak knee injury in late November, elective back surgery in late December, and a head cold which affected my last 3 days of December and unknown number of days during the first part of January 2017. Total for 2016 was 12158 miles.

I logged 5183 miles on Bikejournal for 410th place there. My 18 miles on the first was good for 72th place at the time. Today there are already more than 300 riders ahead of me...

So I did 2505 miles on the 700, 2615 miles on the Musashi, and 63 on Kathy's Speed. BJ shows I averaged almost 2.2 mph faster on the bike, compared to the trike. In the trike's defense, however, much of that mileage was during winter or on city rides.

4070 outdoor miles recorded, split between the KHS folder/commuter, Seavo tandem, 2 RANS Rockets, the XStream, the Tour II trike, various test rides of other machines, and 500 miles on the new SprintX trike since Thanksgiving. Indoor trainer mile estimates brought it up to ~4500 for the year.

It was certainly nice to be able to ride every single day between Xmas and New Years, and join the regular WRL group a couple of times...!
