mystery bike
Aug 28th, 2016, 6:59pm

A guy rode past my house today on a recumbent I struggled to identify.  I didn't have time to get a pic, as he was there and gone.  It was a LWB with unequal wheel sizes.  It had indirect steering, superman style, and the frame seemed to have a jog in the middle.  Any ideas?

I like the LWB Burley. If I understand indirect, it is a pretty small number of choices.

Sounds like someone made a DIY Bob. Atomic Zombie and a whole lot of others are building custom one of a kind bikes. I can't remember the one guys name, but he was on laidback bike reports within the last year. You can view the laid back bike report on youtube.

The Burley is a good fit!  Thanks.  Now to see if he was local or just touring new streets.
