Trade or Sale???
Nov 25th, 2015, 6:03pm

Musashi is gone....I'd like to get me a trike--preferably a Catrike 700. I've got some bikes that I need to get rid of before I get the trike. The easiest way to do this is to make a trade. Here are the bikes that I could trade--a RANS Screamer tandem, a HP Velotechnik Streetmachine, or a Catbike Musashi. Let me know if there is any interest in any of these. I'll post pictures if I get any feedback.

Adults should have fun so kids will want to grow up!

For every mile of road there's two miles of ditch.

I'd rather be sorry for something I did than for something I didn't do.

I'd be interested in a screamer if it had S&S couplers and IPS ( i know -- picky .. but I'm looking for that )

Okay Mr. Wizard, I think I know what one of those is....the other I have no clue. It is the type that can be broken apart into two pieces for easy shipping. The other I have no clue. I also have a Draftmaster carrier for it.

Apologies for the lack of clarity.

S&S Couplers are indeed what lets a frame be broken down into 2 or more pieces to suitcase or ship the bike http://www.sandsmachine.com/
IPS is independent pedaling systems, basically a bottom bracket and freewheel assembly on both the captain and stoker position  so that either pilot can stop pedaling or they can pedal out of phase.  Patented by Advanced Transportation products in 1999 http://www.google.com/patents/US5964472

The IPS is not present on this Screamer. If I had my choice I would have had it too, but we got it used from a couple of retired snowbirds who used it to ride around their trailer park near Georgetown.

I know this is an extremely long shot, but....

I am looking to find a good used StreetMachine to try my hand at longer distance touring.  If you still have yours and are willing to sell outright, please let me know.  Thank you.
