Please Help Identify

I'm Steve Erickson, Patti's husband. I am editing some old video and have footage of an Rbent member from 2010 but I do not have his name. This picture is from video that was taken at the Dallas Recumbent Rally at White Rock in 2010. Can someone identify this gentleman for me? I'd also appreciate contact info if someone has that. Thanks!

He's Bob Wand, founder of the old RBENT. His Forum name is "bob wand". See contact info under "Members".
