intro to triking
Mar 7th, 2015, 4:59pm

we adopted a little dog today...the lady who has PUP YOU Ride out of Clarksville brought the dog to see if she would fit in our household and she also brought her husband.  We talked a little and he said he could not walk far due to knee problems.  I asked him if he would like to try a trike.  I got out the sun delta and he took off down the road, slowly and easily. he came back and said his knee felt better. He could hardly wait to get his wife to try it. I invited them both to  come triking with me on the Trail de Paris.  We adopted the little dog.  She is good with cats, White with brown spots, cross between basset and border collie. And my other dog loves her already. He was lonely since he lost his mom.  Susan in Paris Smiley

What a beautiful story.
Congratulations on the dog.
I hope the gentleman finds himself in a trike along with his wife.

Good job all around, Susan!  I am happy you got a new dog, and that you showed someone the joys of triking.

Rode a little with the clowns and then mostly with Mark for 19+ at WRL then finished off the 30.14 miles on Carrollton Blue trail. Great.day for a ride and thanks to Mark I found some new places to ride at WRL😄

with all the orders coming in for saddle stand (and rain)  SmileyI have had little time to trike---got out today, guessing I did  2 miles, up the hill and back and twice around the block---took  Maisie for a run------.  The neighbor is keeping his bad dog up, but his 3-4 little dogs (mini daschunds and rat terrier)got out and I was besieged by a wild pack of "killers".  Poor Maisie did not know what to do as they came running at her barking like banshees--- she later spooked at some cows and got run into by my front tire.
